#3 is the pick of this bunch here as the focus is the best of all three. In #1 and #2 the focus has been totally missed on the eyes. Retake them and work on getting the eyes in focus. From there, the rest of it will work nicely.

Lovely expression. Added to Sara's comments also keep an eye on the backgrounds, the colour of your wall sets her off much better than the white IMO so if you can get her whole head set against that with the focus on here eyes you could get a great shot
