Out of focus Springer

[Ragwort]

I know there's some very clever folks on here with photo editing.
Would anyone care to have a go at improving this one out? Is it possible? Or is it simply too far out of focus? Damn dog's too quick for me. But if it (and myself!) had been sharp it could have been a decent shot.

The best I got of her, which is still not right is the one below.

Oh what a pity those photos are excellent, can see why they are called 'springers'.

Oh well. I thought it was maybe beyond saving.

I can get it right occasionally.

no problem we all had to start at the beginning of the learning curve, here to help...

Photoshop, image, shadows/highlights. Set shadows to 20, 20, 20; highlights to 50, 50,50; and contrast to 20.

Quite a difference for such little work!!!
