Beginner Outdoor portrait Workshops recommendations - Shropshire/Staffordshire/Cheshire

Looking for a gift idea.

Can anyone recommend any outdoor portrait workshops around the Stoke/Telford/Shrewsbury areas or a little further afield?

Beginner level ideally.

I am just swamped with the full time job, renovating the house, and pushing me cybersecurity knowledge

I did one with going digital a number of years ago. They have beginner and intermediate. I did one on flash and we mooched about Etruria Industrial museum.
