Outlook 2007 help.

Managed to dump all my contacts off my iPhone, yes I know, i`m a dumbass.

However, I have them all backed up in a folder on the PC. The file extension for the back up data is Joe Bloggs.contact, for example. Outlook won`t recognise the .contact bit.

How do I get the contacts into outlook to get back on my phone or can I get the files directly back on my phone using iTunes?

.contact files are windows contacts, these can be sync'd from the "info" page of itunes when you connect the device

Right..............I`ll look into that........Do I not have to get the contacts into Outlook first Neil?

shouldnt need to, if theyre all already in the windows contacts you can just sync them to the device using itunes
