Outlook Contacts

Anyone know if there is a way to change the all contacts in Outlook from 'last name, first name' order to 'first, last?'

I know you can do it from options, but that only applies to contacts added after you have changed it - have just synced it with my iphone and half are in one order and half in the other... damn annoying and confusing... :bang:

Not quite the same steps as required for Outlook 2007, but I got there using it anyway... thanks a lot.
