own brand close up filters v hoya etc

I need a 67mm close up filter and seen 7dayshop have their own for £4, presumably not nearly as good as hoya at £35?

7dayshop sell good products there batteries last longer then named one I got so good Tiffen filters from them in a case with a CPF and cheap as well

EDIT: ended up buying a used hoya one from an ebay shop for £16
