its odd, though how the bails have come off before the ball has hit the stumps

It actually looks as though the ball has broken the middle wicket - the bottom 3 inches are still vertical whilst the rest is at a 30 degree angle.

I think its the ilusion of the shadow on it makes it look bent. One thing i dont understand is how the batsman has got time to look around but the keeper has still got the expression that he is waiting for the ball to come.

The middle stump wasn't broken, the shadow gives that illusion. The ball was actually bouncing back off the stump, which is why it looks like the bails are coming off before the ball gets there.

Can't answer for the Wicket Keeper I'm afraid!
