Critique Oxford road at daybreak

Hi Luke you captured the scene well to my eyes :)

As already said the tones are fantastic. I also like the way you have caught the sun just as it comes into view from behind the buildings.
 
I hate being unkind but they are not briliant.

Exppsure in such scenes is tricky, well done for at least trying.

1. If the lens flare wasn't there, particularly the red streak and green slodge it would be pretty good.
2. Its too tight and 1 is the composition worth having.
3. Under exposed and the flare kills it. It's also too tight.

What would have got rid of the two bits of coloured flare?
