The TP52 - 2026 Oy's Bonkers Beffudlements 2026. Week 16 : Monuments

That's a great idea, and well executed.

I think the tourists were struggling a bit with the pose too - when did Eric ever put a fist up in the air? Interestingly, I never noticed the binoculars before, and hence never realised that Eric was a birder. Every day is a school day.

Ta Paul.

Yes they needed a little guidance on the pose :)

Nice idea and good set there Dave. Eric still making people laugh :)
Thanks Keith.

I run a Facebook group for the Eric statue and surrounding stuff :)

Ok here we go for Week 13 : The NIght Sky.

Likkle Grandson loves anything to do with space and got this book for his birthday on Friday :)

Yeah, that ticks the box!

I didn't notice the planet 'tattoo' at first, but that adds to it.

Thanks :)

Yeah his Saturn "Tattoo" is pretty cool. It washes off after a couple of days. He's only just 5

That's the shot of the week for me Dave.

Love the tattoo. :)

Nice shots - I prefer the first just because the orange in the background of the second distracts my eye slightly.

RE: Daily life - a cracking set of images! The curlew is my favourite.

Week 14 : Snapper's Choice and & Low Key Tech.

A shot from our Glasgow trip that was planned for Thursday to Sunday. Due to threats of Storm Dave and also the state of the Railway due to well planned Easter Weekend works we came home early rather than get three trains and a bus replacement home which would have taken 6.5 hours rather than the 2hrs 15min we paid for and a waste of the return leg in First Class that I treated Mrs Oy to.

Here is one of the best Tribute Bands I've seen. 'The ELO Show' Fabulous performance!

Stunning photo Dave, crisper than the crispiest thing.

Looks like a great show, and you've done well to capture it like that.

I thought you liked trains ;)
That's a cracking photo, love the lights.
