Week 18 : Curves
Carnforth Station has a nice curve through it. Here are two trains this afternoon.
A Stone train headed from Drigg near Sellafield to pick up stone from Shap quarry.
An HST based rail measurement train from Derby up the coast as far as it can with the route to Carlisle being closed for a tunnel repair then back down to Carnforth and up the West Coast Mainline to Carlisle.

Two good shots, but the clock face being partially obscured is bothering me even though the gaps in the pillars wouldn’t allow a full view of it so you couldn’t do anything about it anyway

Cheers Paul. At least we have the clock back after many years hidden away in somone's garage! They don't seem to have found a battery for it though!
Greart visitor centre and REALLY great cafe on the platform too - we go quite a bit as it's only 15min away
