P&S camera for a present

With Christmas coming up, my brother has asked for a point and shoot as his present. I'm looking for a small but useful camera that come in at under £100 preferably. Most of his snaps are standard holiday shots and he is by no means a camera enthusiast - I doubt he'd ever de-select the full automatic mode.

Any recommendations? I've really lost track of what cameras are the best at the moment.
