Very much like number three (y)

How did you sort out the verticals please?
 
Number 3 is good, although 2 might be great in heavily worked mono. I love photographing ruins like this, but very seldom find any of my images satisfying photographically afterwards, so well done with that last shot.

Jak - auto-correction in Lightroom would fix it with a single click, although it wouldn't be hard to do manually either. Most image development software has tools for correcting perspective.
 
These certainly give a feeling of immense size and are very imposing.
I especially like No3, and would be tempted to try B&W on them all, as Toni says in a dramatic way.
 
3rd and the stitch are both wonderful. First two have great detail but a little too busy on the first and angle on the second feels a little too tight. Might just be me. Love this old architecture though.
