Paint Shop Pro X - Free

Just downloaded and installed it no problem.
 
The only downside is that it bugs you to buy ver XI when you close it down but you can set that to occur only once every twenty days.

The only caveat with the free download is that you might see a nag screen when you exit the program. To get rid of the nag screen,

Step-1:

After installing the program open the following file in Notepad,

C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro X\PCUUI\Container.htm

Step-2:

Select all (Ctrl A key) and delete the entire text.

Step-3:

Insert the following text,

<script type="text/javascript">
location="pcucmd://Cancel?confirm=no";
</script>

Step-4:

Save and close the file.

After that you won’t see the nag screen and it will function as the full version.

not just DNG but a large no. of cameras.
Even Paint Shop Pro XI doesn't support quite a few but you need to get XI Ultimate.
