The Olympus Em1ii I purchased from Panamoz developed a faulty card slot issue so I contacted Panamoz who requested I send it to Olympus Service.
They said as it isnt a European warranty item Olympus would likely charge for repairs but under Panamoz’s three year warranty they would cover the cost.
Olympus sent me a repair price which I copied to Panamoz who without question immediatley paid me the funds.
Excellent service from Panamoz. That free three year transferable warranty is pretty much unbeatable.
