Pantograph system

Probably moving studios in a couple months and the new space is different...
The ceiling is nice and high but has a curve on the end that leads down to the wall which would have the rolls. Not much of a curve but it exists.

I've got the space to drop down a pantograph and make it level but are they worth the hassle in doing this?

Also any suggestions on mounting it on a not flat ceiling?

These systems are very useful for portraiture, but not for subjects such as product photography, where very precise light positioning is required - too much wobble.
You'll need a minimum of 14' height, in your case this will be 14' at the lowest point. Variable height ceilings are catered for by having varying lengths of the hangers that support the rails.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Garry, might stick to c stands for a bit and see how I get on. The pantograph systems dont seem to expensive though.
