Hi
I have a laptop with either a partitioned hard drive or 2 seperate ones, they are called C & D. Now C seems to be the default drive that stores everything where as D is totally empty, is there any advantage to using D to store photos etc & C to run everyday tasks:shrug:, im guesssing that if everything is on C this will slow the running of the laptop down:shrug:
All important stuff is backed up to external hard drives for safety, but seems daft having this drive empty.
If this is the case, then how the hell do I move files to the D drive:bang:
Thanks in advance for any help advice I get.
