Parts for Canon 200mm F1.8 Lens

Hi,

I've recently had my Canon F1.8 Lens away to be repaired after it was dropped. All the damage has been repaired except for one of the elements in the back of the lens, which is no longer available from Canon. The fault in this element only shows up in very back lite conditions, but I'd still like to get it replaced if possible.

So my question is this, does any one know of any where that sells old kit, or rare spare parts? Ideally I'd like to be abe to find a smashed lens the same as mine so I can take the element I need from it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I've seen the motor unit on the USA ebay, might be worth heading over to photography on the net as well.
 
Yeah, I'll keep my eyes on the bay. I usually use fixation, does any one have any recomendations on repair centres that might stock the element? Thanks.
 
There's me thinking they were really just a tube and a spectacle lens at each - those parts diagrams certain provide an insight :thumbs:
