This was taken at Crich Tramway Village in Derbyshire in October 2016 during their Starlight Twilight weekend.

It's a great place to go for some old fashioned imagery, and you've got a beauty here.
Loving the juxtaposition of static and movement on the Trams, a very good shutter speed selection.
I've seen a few in HDR which work well, although my efforts in sepia were not good.
Your pp on the image is giving rich tones.
