PayPal error, adding tracking info

Just a heads up, really. I'm one of the small percentage who uses the tracking info option to let my customers know their order has been dispatched. Hardly any of the packages actually have tracking: I just enter "None" in the box for the number.

Anyway, there was an internal server error yesterday for an overseas order, but no probs for the UK. Today I'm getting the error for UK, too.

The error page instructs you to email details and then you get a bounceback telling you to go through customer services :bang: And no mention of the problem in their Help section :cuckoo: No reply, yet, from PayPal.
 
Today, there's been a 50% failure rate for adding tracking info.

Bloomin' brilliant for a billion-dollar money-laundering outfit.
 
And the fault's back today, also reported by others.
 
Seems to be OK today as I entered tracking info. I haven't had any problems with this before but I haven't used it in a month or 2.

I agree though, I do hate Paypal.
