Right, at the minute i have a 19" TFT, it's not great quality and i doubt my images look the same on this as they would on a better screen. My plan is to buy a bigger, better screen and maybe have two monitors, one so that i can have a long cord and position it to watch a film in bed with a hot, young lady (i wish)

Is this monitor any good? Also. how do i connect two monitors to my PC?

Thanks for the replies.. I'm toying with the idea of buying a new PC, I juts took a look on overclockers and scan. :bonk:
I don't need one, mine still works, it's a P4, 3.2 gigger things. I just want something thats faster and quieter. How out-of-date is my current system? I suppose i could always buy a new one and sell this for a few quid

Your current screen won't be worth a lot second hand so you are probably better keeping it, if you replace it keep it as spare or for someone else.

I have just got a second screen

and its great, but beware of the physical space you will need to fit them in, especially if you get two 24" widescreen like the one in your original post.

You PC is adequate cpu wise but could be a lot faster if you bought yourdelf a new CP with an Intel Core2Duo Dual core chip and more memory.

However you could probably add more ram and a new graphics card to your existing computer and see a good improvement. especially as ram is dirt cheap.

You may even find that your current memory is single channel and the board might be capable of dual channel which is faster, so you would get an instant speed upgrade for very little moola.
