Peli 1650 soft alternatives

Anyone rate any soft rollers in the ball park size of a 1650? looking for my events rig to go in it as mutliple cases is a pita and also it will be my lighting bag, but hoping to save some weight over what a loaded peli gets up to :D
 
Another +1 for ThinkTank rollers, they are great. But the 1650 Peli is massive, so think the only ThinkTank of similar size could be the Logistics Manager. :)
 
waaaaay too small, the kind of cases I've been looking at are lighting type rollers, I know Kata don't make anything quite big enough (by a few cm). I'll have a look at TT but I'm sure I remember their range being all camera type cases, love the quality of my airport rucksack :p

Actually they are. Because you only buy them once ;)

As I keep telling people....I bought a second hand Airport Security. The wheels were worn to bare metal. I asked TT if I could buy some new ones. "Nope. We warranty our products - we'll put some new ones in the post."

Just buy one and forget the cost.

Indeed, they are not that expensive if you look at it that way. :)
