Peli Case in Manchester area

Hi guys,

I'm the proud father of a young man that will start in a few weeks to study Computer Science in Manchester University. This gives me the opportunity to come along him in his very first trip there, to help with baggages :lol: and to make sure he will settle well.

While I'll be in Manchester I'm willing to try purchase a Peli Case 1514 to help carry my gear while I'm going anywhere by airplane. I could order by internet such as case but I want to see it first, to make sure it is really what I want. Is there any shop in Manchester where I can go and see this case? Any advice would be very appreciated.

From the other point of view, I'm going to bring with me my camera and two three lenses. I'm quite aggressive when shooting on streets... but I've heard that this is not appropriate in UK... :'( I wonder if you have any tip or advice for me... Also, it is any special place in Manchester I do not 'want' to miss from a photographic point of view?

Well, I mean that I am not shy taking pictures... Of course I do not take pictures of children, but if I see something I consider is interesting I'm acting very fast...
 
If your shooting people you get some alternative dressing people in the Triangle and gardens around Urbis.
Calumet sell peli cases but Im not sure if I have seen many of them in the Manchester store but then again I have never really looked at them they do have quite a few of their own range in there, give the shop a call before you make the trip out there to check they have what your looking for in stock.

@LittleJohn... I think a visit to a good shop would be good, even they are out of stock of Peli Cases... I may found something else of interest...

@Chris... Well, be sure not all Romanians are according the bad reputation... :-) My
"aggressivity" is pure photographic one... :)

@everyone... I wonder if there is any shop in Manchester area for used gear... I'm most interested in Nikon glass... I have no any special intention but who knows?... I may find something convenient.
