Yes
I have a chance of buying Pentax k100d with one of these lenses.
I am after sharper one, and more interested in wide end of the lens. But if these two present similar sharpness on the wide end I could do with additional mm :)

Any experience?

I have both.

The 18-55 is the Kit lens, and for a kit lens is very good. Extremely good in fact.

However, the 18-250 is equally if not slightly better along with giving you much greater reach. I use mine as a walkabout lens and this is a shot from a trip to Japan earlier this year, hand held at 250mm 1/125s on a K10D

I've not taken the 18-55 out of the box since buying the 18-250 last year.

Neither are superfast lenses, but they're on a par with each other, and the exra reach is worthwhile for a general use lens.

I'd go for the 18-250.

There are loads more shots from the 18-250 on my flickr site, I've even used it in the studio in the past instead of switching to primes.

The Tamron 18-250 is a good walkabout lens (and macro). It's compact and only weighs 1lb.
18-250 is very good coverage.
Certainly a more versatile lens than the kit one provided maximum aperture is not an issue for you.

Ok thanks for all your comments. I must admit that I got confused re pricing and I dont have a choice:) I am going for kit lens as Tamron was the same price... as K100D Super with kit lens :)
