Mine arrived this morning with medium pro ICU.

The bag looks fantastic. However, I think I've managed to get the ICU in the bag as it should be. Though unzipping it is a bit fiddly whilst in the bag which is a bit disappointing - I may have it wrong.

I have seen other images of ICU cover tucked under and behind it whilst in the bag. Do people on here do that and would that not result in equipment damage?

I think I have it so the ICU fits behind the frame rather than at the side of it squeezed in.

Otherwise, great bag. Not to big and not to small. Plenty of room to store additional items like food and clothing.
 
Congrats on the f-stop Jon, great bags.

I have the Tilopa and my wife has the Loka, the ICU's do fit within the metal frame and there are some velcro loops to attach to the ICU. I generally do not zip the ICU up while working as it is a bit of a pain getting it closed; I just close the back panel and nothing is going anywhere. If I have completed work and have a long hike/climb back I might zip up the ICU.

I think I took the foam out of the flap on my medium ICU as I just fold it under, the back of the bag is padded so you only really need that extra layer out of the bag. On both of mine you can tell when the ICU is positioned correctly as the Velcro tabs match up with gaps in the frame cover to attach the ICU to.

Can't help right now as mine should arrive on Monday! (BTW, did you import from the US or via Paramo?).

I have certainly heard that zipping up the ICU is a pain but as Lewis says, I've seen Youtube footage of people removing the foam from the flap and folding it underneath. I shall probably adopt this method too. Either that or leave the foam in and just not zip the ICU up?
