Performance. Which canon is best.

When it comes to low light which canon models excel when that ISO is cranked up.

Would love to know your views on 5d mk 3, 1d and any others to be honest.

My 1Ds2 was good to ISO1600, 3200 was pushing it TBH. My 5D3 is ridiculously good, ISO6400 is no problem, 8000 and 12800 are very useable.

ok great sounds good. im looking at taking some ndoor photographs and wondered which would be best in low light without flash. Id be shooting in places like town halls, churches, old building etc.

Depending on your budget (and what you plan to do with the images), the 5D2 isn't exactly useless. I'd say very usable at 6400 as long as you're not printing huge.

ok great eventually im looking at going into wededing and event photography
