Permission to print

[Tigger.ufo]

Apologies if this is in the wrong place!

I want to send some pictures to a friend on a DVD for her to get some prints done.

What do I need to do so there is no problem with copyright. I am sure I have seen this somewhere on TP but I can't find it!

Thanks in advance

Heather

some printers wont print if they look too professional without persmission.

i just chuck a pdf with our logo on the disk saying the holder has permission to print

Depends if she gets a jobsworth in Jessops/Boots.

She is looking to use a high street printer I think.

Thanks Neil, what do I need to put please?

I normally just do:

Company Logo
Address - Contact Info

The holder of this DVD/CD-ROM is entitled to print the images on this disk (insert restrictions/conditions here if any).

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES IS RETAINED AT ALL TIMES BY (photographer name). COMMERCIAL USE OF IMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT AGREEMENT IN WRITING.
