Personal Accounting Software for Mac - Recommendations?

Hi

When in Windows land I used Quicken 2000 for many many a year. Not the best but always did what I needed.

Now I am moving my dependency from my Windows PC across to my Mac, what personal accounting software woudl you recommend (or indeed not recommend ;))

I've just got hold of Cashculator Free - it's free from the App Store, so should be worth a try at least... And if I don't like it, I'll probably just write something in Excel...
 
if you go into the app store theres a category called finance, that should have some good ones :p

Dont have much personal experience with any of them but in the back to school section koku is recommended, dunno how good it actually is, but it does look nice :)

Will take a look at koku and cashculator

Had a look at a few in the apps store but its difficult to tell how these work in reality especially as many are "American" in design with checking accounts etc.

Had a recommendation for Jumsoft Money - anybody got any experience of this package?

Have a look at i-Bank. I converted from Quicken when I moved to Mac. It'll take a bit of getting used to as it works differently to Quicken, plus it is designed to work in the US so some features don't work over here.

There is a trial version, and it claims to import Quicken files but check that they transferred OK. I had one or two ( or Ten errors with the transfer), but it was from Quicken 2002, so it may be compatibility probs. I think Quicken is better but not sure if a Mac version is still available.

Had a quick look at this and it looked quite different but will try the trial to see if it is so!
 
There is also an i-Phone app that lets you download data to the i-Phone, plus allows you to add transactions to the phone which can then be uploaded to the i-Bank main app
