Perspective correction software?

[huntertp]

Hi everybody

This is my first post here.

I have been into digital photography for a few years and my present camera is a d90

I recently made the move from pc/photoshop to macbook pro/lightroom and i'm loving it.

The only thing i miss in lightroom is any form of perspective correction.
This isn't something i use a lot so dont want to go the whole hog and install photoshop just to get this.

Is there a free image editor out there for mac that does perspective correction?

Thanks for your help

I see that Hugin is free - although while not strictly a plug-in has to be worth a play to try to correct perspective effects.

PTLens is $25 and includes both a Photoshop plugin and a standalone app that you could nominate as an external editor for Lightroom.

It will allow you to correct perspective and the bonus is that it will also correct other lens errors too.
