Pheasant with a difference?

Is this a pheasant? The colours are very different to the run of the mill cock pheasant as there is a predominance of blue. I saw him walking around near the gazebo hide at Belvide.

That's a pheasant alright, but see what you mean about the colours. Looks to me like a genetic thing. Very pretty though.
