Phone Holder for Polar Alignment

I've just acquired a Star Adventurer 2i tracker for landscape astro photography and discovered that polar aligning is not quite as simple as anticipated.

I've done a quick Google search and wondered if there are any UK suppliers of a phone holder similar to this please. They will ship to the UK but with carriage it makes it what I think is a little pricey for what looks a relatively simple bit of kit ?
