photium- questions

Hi frankee, If you go to the admin home page in the general section there is a contact preference section, click on there and you can set your contact phone no and e-mail. Hope that helps. Don't know about the .co.uk bit-its never bothered me.

They (Photium) automatically set your website up with email forwarding, so if I type in info@yoursite.co.uk or most things @yourwebsite.co.uk you will get a notification of the mail through the email address you gave them when you registered as your home email address.

I think you needed to stipulate at registration about being .com or .co.uk etc.

If you ask the admin at Photium a question via your admin page, they will get back to you within a couple of hours (usually).

Don't forget to ask your questions clearly and state that you need help in procedure and they will break everything down for you.

Hope this helps.

I'm using them now, and I have found them to be superbly helpful and everything really easy to use. BUT is it just me or is the online ordering bit not all that good... every order is left open and the only way of telling if it is finalised is by checking paypal or whatever. Am I doing something wrong or does everyone find this?

Hi The online ordering bit is the same for me, I had a order a few months ago and the only way I knew the order was complete was because I got a email from paypal, apart from that, I'm happy with Photium, I agree the website is easy to use (I haven't designed a website before, it was easy to set up a website through Photium) :)
