As most on here know, I go to a photographic club at the stroke group I belong to, anyway last year I made a calendar out of mine and a professional toggers images and all proceeds went to the charity.

This year the photography group are doing their own images for the calendars and I have managed to get full access to the DW Stadium on Monday to take shots of the empty stadium dressing rooms etc. I am a bag of nerves just thinking about it.
 
Julian you're a diamond geezer and you know you can do it, there shouldn't be any need to rush so you can take your time and get some great shots.

Excellent, have a good think about the type of shots that you want to get, I'm sure you will do it justice.
 
Don't Wigan have a shiny trophy they have just won to snap?

I have been on google earth looking at the lay out of the stand and pictures of it on the web etc.

Dunno mate if its not motogp I aint got a clue lol

Good idea Lawrie, I have just made a list of shots I want to take at my next rugby match, i.e. front on at lineouts, tries and conversions from behind the posts, and a few more.

I made a list because I know when I get to the ground I will forget half of them....:thinking: :lol:
 
Have a good google and see what photo's are on the internet and see if you want to replicate/change any of them, both of DW and other stadiums.

Taking any props?

I dont think Lisa my carer would like to be classed as a prop :lol:

No Its just a chance to go and snap somewhere I have never been
 
I feel I have let myself down, I had a good hours time to get shots I had in mind. Really nothing to shout about :amstupid:
 
TBH, whilst I would have liked to go and shoot it, I can't really see it being an inspirational place other than for WIgan fans or people who do architectural shooting.

Stick up the shots and let us see them anyway, as you know we can only help you get better ;)

I have to admit I would struggle to find things to shoot as it is not my bag. Filled with people, I would like it, empty, not so much
