Photo presentation boxes?

Does anyone know where these are available?

I have seen them before, but more commonly used for fancy birthday cards.
Looking something to take a handful of 5x7 prints but google isn't being kind to me today.

Pampa boxes are nice and you need to decide whether you want sleeves or not
If not, provide cotton gloves

Cheers. That's the kinda thing, but a little price. I'm not sure i can warrant the packaging costing more than what i sold the photos for.
