silly question how quick are these lot a replying to emails and questions about non delivery if items?

sent out Tuesday not recieved as of yet where as usually two days at latest.

they might just of cost me £50 for the non turn up, or royal mail shall i say.

no it wastnt insured so yes my fault

just wondering how long for replies.

Took a couple of days last time I did.

But then if you sent the order Tuesday afternoon you'll probably get it this morning anyway.

Fingers crossed.
 
no it was despathced tuesday so should of had by now, just read there FAQ's they will sned another after five days non dleivery

so will wait, see if my customer still wants it
 
up date turns out that Carlisle is inundated with free low energy bulbs so the postal system has been swamped by them. just turned up now

so appologise to royal mail and photobox, still a loyal customer.

and one happy punter and £50 in me sky rocket
 
It was the Taiwan tsunami m8, washed away the factory, light bulbs float and they got caught in the gulf stream.
 
British gas (amongst other companies) are giving them away at the moment, sounds like its Carlisle's turn :)
