Photographers vest?

I ordered a Domke Photogs vest from a well known website as they were reduced down to £35. Anyway it arrived yesterday and is too small (they seem to be made small). Anyway I really like the vest, but the next size up is not on special and is £115. This IMO is way OTT for what it is, can anyone suggest where I can get an XL for this price, or a reasonably priced alternative?
 
I ordered the large as a 48 should be just fine....not so, it is too small. Nothing on sale in the XL size.
 
What size IS your too small one? I bet you could flog it on here to get your money back, or did you return it?
 
I'm a 44" chest and 46" belly and have just had the Large delivered .. fits good but I would go XL if any bigger.

Size I have is a large. Still have it and considering resell.
