This is a question to anyone who's been on a landscape photography workshop.

I'm thinking of going into partnership with an accomodation provider to run landcsape photography workshops.

They have a fabulous range of accomodation in a superb location, but very little in the way of facilities like monitors, pc's, laptops, projectors, etc.

When you went on your workshop, what kind of facilities were on offer, other than the services of the leader?

If, of course, you run courses yourself, I'd like to know what you offer!

Gosh, that's one hell of a set-up!

It's useful to have the link, and thanks Pete, but it doesn't tell me what I specifically need to know.

Surely someone here will have been on a residential landscape photography course and can let me know what kind of facilities the venue provided, for viewing images taken during the outdoor sessions, doing some simple processing, etc, etc?

I did myself but it was during film days. we managed to get film processed locally so that participants could see their work on a light box.

It's over to you folks......

I've been on a few landscape workshops.
I usually take a small laptop with me for viewing my own shots as it better than just the liveview screen on camera. To be honest I dont really mind if there's no projector etc
The only thing I look for is free wifi :D

I would doubt if you'd need pc's monitors etc
If you have a laptop and a projector you could provide a decent tutorial. You can also ask people to bring along files on cf card or prints for critique.
Its better to be out in the field as much as possible especially at sunrise/sunset, and just have a bit of indoor tutorial time maybe when light is too harsh or weather is poor (in my opinion anyway).

Maybe showing how to do basic pp using lightroom would be beneficial :)
