Sadly, I've had to make a claim on my insurance 
Paperwork has been submitted today.
Has anyone had any experience with making a claim with Photoguard and if so how did you find it all?
I've never really had to make a claim through insruance. My wife has sorted the two break-ins we have had (I dealt with the policy, her with the insurance companies) so I've never had to make a claim through insurance.
