The bit you want to copy is the box that says BB code Photomad 
So this bit:

Just paste that into a normal post and it will work

Photomad, don't worry about it, can be confusing sometimes
1. If you click on galleries at the top of this page then it will open the members galleries page.
2. Click on "My photos" just under the banner bar at the top of the page.
3. After you have uploaded, click on the thumbnail of your image & a larger version of the image will appear.
4. Below the image will be two codes, one will be "Linked thumbnail" & the other "BB Code" If you left click on the BB code then it will highlight the entire code in blue.
5. Once this code is highlighted press Ctrl +C or Apple + C (if you're on a mac) or right click & select "copy" This will copy the code.
6. Go to your post that you wish to add the image to & click on the symbol that looks like a yellow square with a grey mountain & grey moon (should be just above where you are typing in the message box (If you hover over this symbol then text should show up to say "Insert Image").
7. Delete any text already in the box that shows up & paste your BB code into the box (press Ctrl + V or Apple + V to paste or alternatively right click & select "paste")
8. Click ok.
9. Now if you preview your post your image should show up.
NB: It is possible to skip steps 6,7 & 8 & post the BB code directly into your message but this is a way to make sure before you try that.
If it doesn't, just reply & we'll try to sort it for you.
