Photoplus free LowePro bag problems

Anyone else still having problems?

My subscription received on their database on August 2nd... Still no bag.!!!

Phoned today to ask what is going on and they informed me that all bags are out of stock and she will pass on to a supervisor who should call me back with an answer or resolve.... Yeah right??

I wait in anticipation...........

becareful, they may have small print that say's in the result of no stock a "same value alternative" will be supplied.
This unfortuntely is something more and more freebies have attached to them.
We run them in work and on some occasions they come into play - its a nightmare with our members.

I had to wait for a monopod from them granted only 3 weeks i waited but. they did say that stock was diminished but they said they had another order for them.
Im sure you'll get it! its not like it was a photoplus branded bag so they are readily available.

Subscribed on 10/09 and a fastpack 200 arrived today... yay!

It took 12 weeks, a few phone calls and a couple of emails before my bag arrived (last Saturday.) Give them their due, it did get here eventually and they didn't try and offer me an alternative item or extra issues of the magazine (as the T&Cs state they can do.) I can only suggest you do what I did and politely hassle them until it does arrive.
