Has anyone used both of these? I currently use Photium which is absolutely great, but I have seen a few Photoshelter sites and been very impressed. I'm just wondering how they compare regarding ease of use, customer service etc.

The one thing that puts me off Photoshelter is the sales fees, but they do 'appear' to have a lot more features than Photium. However, I don't know if I need any real HTML or CSS knowledge with Photoshelter in order to customise it, or if it's all pretty straightforward.

Any feedback from PS users or anyone who's used both would be appreciated.

I've not used Photium, so can't comment on them, but have been with Photoshelter for a while now.

It is dead easy to set the site up, as long as the templates fit what you want to do, mine is a template at the moment (photo.lewiscraik.co.uk) as I'm still working on the design to integrate it with my blog.

Their customer service is pretty good and they seem to be adding new features all the time. Any specific questions just ask.
