Photoshop CS4 license key

Has that changed, as I read a guide to identifying dodgy copies of CS2 which said that a license key on the CD case was an instant sign of a fake!
 
I only buy the design premium suites for our company and they've always been on the cd case/box. They're always bought from adobe so I'd hope they weren't fake
