Photoshop Training

Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone knows anywhere that does photoshop training in the north east area? Or i'm prepared to travel if there are any recommendations for courses elsewhere.

I'm totally self taught in Photoshop and get by but could really do with some training to fine tune certain areas.

Many local College/Institute/Adult community collge offers courses related to digital photography editing. Have a look!
 
Other option is to grab a course off the net. I have downloaded a full course and printed it off (at work of course) and it fills 3 lever arch files. It's as good as any course I've been on. Also check out Lynda.com they do loads :-)
 
Thanks for that, i've had a look. It's not really what i'm after. I'm looking more for something a bit more professional with sole focus on photography and maybe more specifically on portrait photography.

Should have probably put this my first post!! :bonk:
 
Where in the North East are you Judith. I know a chap that teaches Photoshop at home on a one to one basis.
Thinking of using him myself.

North East is quite a big area.... but if you don't mind a little travel Google Mike Lester....does 1-1 training on photoshop & will tailor the course to your needs .Top guy, used him myself & got a PS seesion booked with him this autumn

Before booking any formal training I'd definitely have a little search on youtube for tutorials.

Iceflow studios do a lot and I've found them very useful.

Get what you can for free and then you can focus you time/money more specifically ;)

It's a fair distance from you. He is in Grimsby. Top bloke though. Old school. A fellow of the Royal Photographic Society no less. :D
If you're still interested, I will ask him if it's ok to pass his details on. :thumbs:
