Something about the crop doesn't feel right to me.
The dogs tail cut off looks like an error when shooting.
I'd be tempted to fill the frame ( see the quick snapshot off my phone)with the eye on the top left third line which gives for the body to make a nice dynamics line leading up to the face. This way (for me) the chopped tail isn't such an issue, and the dog is fully the subject. I don't feel the negative space benefited the Image.
