Hi..
Anyone know if there is an aspect ratio download available to compare the crop of 16x20, 10x8, 10,15 print sizes etc...??
(i.e. what is the exact crop of a 16x20 if I wanted to make a smaller copy !?)
Something quick and visual would be great !

Many thanks
BG :)

Hmm - not sure what you mean

The ratio (longest side x shortest side) remains the same regardless of size or aspect.

20 x 16 = 10 x 8 = 5 x 4 are all the same ratio - 5:4

There's other common ratios which differ from the above which would obviously differ though.

12 x 8 for example is the same as 6 x 4 or 24 x 16 - all 4:3

Dinners, that's what I wanted to know. The relationship between common ratio's. If I crop an image to 20x16, what else can I print (size wise) with the same ratio (i.e will it go into say a 10x15 !?!? - I know not, but is there a simple table anywhere giving all the answers ??)

Thanks....and sorry for the confusion !:D
