Evenin' all,

Just outside Aberystwyth is the 'Magic Of Life Butterfly House'. It houses mainly tropical varieties... some rare and some relatively common.

After spending 10 minutes letting the camera acclimatise, we got down to shooting some of the most beautifully coloured creatures I've ever seen and also got the chance to do some decent close-up work for a change. Macro stuff is well outside my comfort zone so any tips would be appreciated.

I'll add some more as I get around to processing them. :)

Can't help with macro tips as it's not something I've ever tried but I really like this shot :)

Well done on capturing the same species at different angles, that's what makes it for me. Lovely colours too and the composition is pleasing to the eye.
