plane in wales

A friend of mine suggested I travel to wales, climb 700 feet up the side of a mountain, sit there for 8 hours and wait for a plane to come by.
Well I did and this bird went by, i've had easier days!
Be gentle, this is my first pic on TP!

thanks mate. you probably know Simon who took me,had alot of computer problems and am only just able to post after 2 years. H ave taken over 5000 pics in the meantime. I will be back in the Bwlch soon. assuming the RAF have any planes left after the cuts!

I'm going up to the Mach Loop this Friday for a TP meet, and like you I've never tried this type of photography before I just hope I get at least one image of this quaity, well done. NIce shot and worth the effort....I think you'd enjoy landscape photography, get up at 4.00am, climb nearly 3000ft up a Wesh mountain and then sit in cloud and rain for 3hrs without getting a shot - then be daft enough to do the same thing again:bonk:
