Playing with a torch light.....?

Just attempted this shot with my little girl.....I know theres alot to work on, but I was quite pleased, considering it was against a white background.
1/60 shutter, f5.6 and just a standard torch light. (canon 18-55mm lens)
Comments appreciated to get a better shot!:)

Blitzen, she's a very pretty young lady. Definitely worth taking a bit more time over. The image is soft/OOF to my eyes. There are lots of ways of avoiding this. Including the use of a tripod to eliminate an unsteady hand with slower shutter speeds.

Also you might find this post CLICKY useful when submitting images, to keep within the site rules :)
