please help - new pc system + monitor needed

i know this question has been asked on here numerous times( i counted about 8 on the first 5 pages of post) but i thought i'd outline my required spec
looking as spending about £750
pc will be used for general office task + internet + beginner level photoshop + poss in future some HD video editing
i will need a new monitor also
i don't want to build it myself so i'm looking for appropriate packages
i've seen a few decent systems reviewd in lastest pcpro(eg,Yoytech Viper i530cs with Iiyama E2208HDS screen)
is something like this suitable or am i better buying the base unit and monitor separately
where would you spend the money; better screen or faster pc ?
Any help would be thankfully received

HD video editing is going to be massively resource (processor, memory and hard drive) intensive.. in that case you may have to sacrifice a good screen..
