Please recommend a shoulder pad ?

I have a Lowepro SlingShot 202AW bag which is great but using it all day and it gets heavy on the shoulder. This is not to much of a problem but at the moment I have pulled my shoulder (not photo or photo bag related) and need something to pad my shoulder.

Can anyone recommend anything I can use to pad my shoulder to help spread the weight

Thanks, that looks interesting but hard to see how padded it is. My current bag has its own padding but its not enough

Also because of your link Amazon popped up this suggestion which looks great and could be just what I need
