Please suggest a decent micro fibre lens cloth/kit?

Can anybody suggest a decent lens cloth or cleaning kit. My current cloth is past its best and was not really that good either and also just getting my new Sony A700 thought it could do with one . I want to get one that is highly recommended by everybody on here and does a decent job at keeping lens clean.

I dont like using these on my kit, I find it leaves bits behind.

I like to use the 'old style' glasses cleaning cloth

I've got the following:

3M Microfibre Lens Cleaning Cloth 12pk

Use it for cleaning my specs too...

Also got a lenspen which works brilliantly.

i prefer to use lens tissues with a small amount of lens cleaning solvent.

the thing i don't like about those microfibre lens cloths is the distinctly high possibility of a piece of grit or something else abrasive getting suck in it and scratching the lens - you use a brand new cleaning surface each clean and it only takes a couple of tissues to clean off horrible drops of tree sap etc.
